If you’re looking to get a refund, return, or exchange of your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
We have some guidance for our refund & exchange processes. Please read our policies below to ensure acknowledgment before your purchase.
All our Abductees are produced, printed, and shipped individually by our partners and because of that our Abductees will qualify for refund only if it presents production flaws, like printing quality, material damage or if your item was delivered differently than what you have ordered.
If your purchase fits one of these requirements you can claim your refund contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of your delivery date. You will receive a new order confirmation that will allow you to track the progress of your exchange. Replacement orders generally take 5-10 business days for processing. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment. We will open your refund claim or produce other items as soon as possible.
